WIP-Gatos monster

A work inprogress.
This is one idea on 'how' Gato and Eaol could first meet.
Eaol by this time, would be stranded and trying to survive on her own.
Finding a nice hollow tree trunk bya stream, she sets up a little home. It's dark and cramped, and cold, but it was hers.
Until Gato, who's family resided nearby, came exploring the forest and finds the hallow trunk. Being a boy he sees this as a good place to play. We all know boys and their 'forts'.>_>

Well Eaol simply would NOT stand for this invasion. This was her 'turf' and so to protect it, she used a shredded tunic she found and pretended she was a monster and managed to scaring away the nasty red-headed intruder.
Good for her...lol

At least until it turned out beloved Gato had a family..XDuh-oh...
The nagling ran back home and got re-inforcements, aka his Mommy.. (Mercury!!! *squeeel*)
"Mom! mom! see! see! It's the monster!"
I would suppose the idea of showing his parent a monster began to get exciting, especially if they were going to shoo it away.
Mercury obviously is a bit nervous at first, (probably thinking it was a an animal, maybe a badger) but upon his sons insisting they investigate the matter, the two discover the monster's true form...a homeless Nagling who would be destined to be part of Gato's life.

..and all our favorite red-head nagling can say is...

"HEY!!! How dare you not be a monster!!"
